Jefferson County Area Beekeepers Association

Serving Jefferson and surrounding counties, Clarion, possibly Forest.

The purpose and function of the association is the promotion of the interest in honeybees and beekeeping throughout Jefferson County and the surrounding counties by such means as

• Encourage and promote the best management practices in beekeeping
• Encourage and promote the use of research-based information
• Conduct meeting and /or programs to enhance and promote beekeeping as funding permits

Meetings are held on the fourth Sunday of each month Spring through Fall in the lower level of the Jefferson County Conservation District office at 1514 PA-28, Brookville, PA at 2pm.
