2023 PSBA Fall Conference and Membership Meeting

The 2023 PSBA Fall Conference and Membership Meeting is scheduled for Friday, October 20 through Sunday, October 22, 2023 at the Ramada Hotel and Convention Center, State College, PA.

In Person!!  Not Zoom... We are happy to announce that Dr. Jamie Ellis and Randy Oliver will headline our presenter list. This will be a great opportunity to see and hear these two nationally recognized speakers.

Hotel Rooms:  For reservations call (814) 238-3001 and use Group Code BEE2023.  The group room rate is $94 plus taxes including buffet breakfast.  Room reservations deadline is 19 September 2023, but the hotel may honor the rate for a late reservations.  Suites are NOT available at the group room rate.

History: For the past year and a half the new dates were discussed at the PSBA Picnic and Fall Conference. The shift in dates from our traditional first weekend of November was due to the Penn State Football Schedule which projected home games for 28 October, 4 November, and 11 November. Based on this we coordinated with the Ramada Hotel and Convention Center to pencil us in for 20 – 22 October 2023 and approved the dates at the 2022 Fall Conference and Membership Combined Executive Committee and General Membership Meeting. After several years of trying to get Jamie Ellis scheduled as a speaker we confirmed him for those dates. In the weeks following the 2022 Fall Conference we were informed that the Penn State College Football schedule came out and 4 November was going to be an away game. Unfortunately, Jamie Ellis was already booked for that weekend and the decision was made to stay with 20 – 22 October and finally have Jamie Ellis as our speaker.
